NEW ORLEANS– The Gulf Coast Athletic Conference announced Wednesday its baseball players of the week and SUNO's Dwayne McGill was selected as Pitcher of the Week. The junior led the Knights to their first win of their inaugural season, pitching 6.1 innings, striking out four and walking just two batters in the Knights 5-4 win over Southeastern Baptist.
