In a thrilling game, the SUNO Knights defeated the Rust College Bearcats 14-13 at Rust College in Holly Springs, Miss. The Knights showcased a resilient offensive effort, contributing to a pivotal victory that improved their season record to 15-12 overall and 13-4 in conference play.
From the outset, the Knights were propelled by standout performances from Kerrigan Edmondson and Danny Aleaga-Fonseca. Edmondson led the charge with a remarkable four runs, including a game-changing home run in the fifth inning that secured the lead for SUNO.
